In January we began a discussion in this newsletter regarding our campaign A Road to a Million. Our goal is to raise $1 million by December 31, 2025. Due to your generosity, we are 50% of the way down the “road” to completion of the campaign. We could not have accomplished this amazing feat without your support.
The third and final of the three initiatives A Road to a Million supports is:
- Finding a path to attaining higher education.
At Envisioning Access, we imagine a world where every student, regardless of their abilities, has the tools and support they need to learn, grow, and achieve their dreams. For millions of students with physical disabilities, this world remains out of reach.
Students with disabilities face systemic obstacles, from inaccessible learning materials to a lack of trained educators who understand their needs. In the United States alone, students with disabilities are 40% less likely to graduate from high school, limiting their future opportunities. Globally, the challenge is even greater.
