Dear Friends,
I am not even sure how to express the overwhelming gratitude all of us, board, staff, and capuchins, feel for the outpouring of support you have given us during our flood crisis. We asked you for help and your assistance was awe-inspiring.
Friends like you make all things possible. When we saw the water gushing, we truly were not sure how we would ever rebuild. However, your donations have given us the support and hope we need to rebuild the space and keep going. We all appreciate the many notes and calls that so many of you sent. We are grateful to many new friends who came to our rescue for the first time. We hope you will continue to follow our work and learn more about Envisioning Access as we rebuild our space and resume our work with tech start-ups and universities to develop and test innovative technologies for people living with physical disabilities to find meaningful employment, attain higher education, and alleviate isolation. And, of course, we will continue to care for our aging, beloved capuchin monkeys.
As we rebuild over the next months we will share our progress with you.
